📦 Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 24–72 hours. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — shipping is always free, regardless of order size.

Can I track my order?
Of course. You can follow your package via our Track & Trace page, available 2–3 days after placing your order.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return your item within 14 days of delivery, provided it's unused and in its original packaging. Please email us at  hello@volara-london.uk to start the return process.

Do I have to pay for the return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.


📩 Order Issues

I entered the wrong address — what do I do?
Please contact us immediately at hello@volara-london.uk. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to update the address.

I haven’t received my order — what now?
If your estimated delivery time has passed, please check your tracking details. Still no update? Reach out to our team and we’ll be happy to assist you.
