Returns & Refunds Policy

At Volara London, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, even if you’re simply not satisfied, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of receiving your order, no questions asked (as long as it’s in original condition). Simply send us an email at hello@volara-london.uk to get started! Once we’ve received and approved your return, we’ll refund your original payment method.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued within 7 business days (and always within 14 days) after your return is received and inspected.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
For Klarna payments, refunds will be applied to your outstanding Klarna balance and you’ll receive an update directly from Klarna.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

  • As our return address is in China, standard return shipping rates from the UK/Ireland to China apply (approximately £9–£15 or €10–€18 for standard parcels up to 2 kg, depending on the courier).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

🔍 What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send us an email at hello@volara-london.uk including:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A short description of the problem
    We’ll resolve the issue promptly, either with a full refund, a replacement, or store credit.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds and returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product shows signs of wear, misuse, or damage not caused by shipping

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. underwear, swimwear) have been used or unsealed

  • The return does not meet our return conditions outlined above
