Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel completely confident when shopping with Volara London. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please Note:

We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Can I return my order?

Yes, returns are accepted — provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The item is returned in its original condition with all components and packaging included, just as received.

  2. The item shows only standard handling — damage from misuse or neglect is not accepted.

  3. For items where hygiene is important, the product must be cleaned before return.

  4. If the product was damaged upon arrival, please include photographic evidence.

  5. You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs.

  6. Once received and reviewed, your return will be processed within 7 business days.

We reserve the right to reject returns if an item appears to have been used, worn, or damaged due to improper handling.


How do I return my order?

If your item meets the above criteria, please begin the return process by emailing us at:

Your email should include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the item (if damaged)

  • Your full name

  • Your full address

Once received, we’ll reply with the correct return address.
Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on the parcel — we will provide the appropriate one.
