General Terms and Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal (14 days).

Consumer: a natural person who is not acting for purposes related to their trade, business, craft, or profession, and who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.

Day: calendar day.

Durable transaction: a distance contract concerning a series of products and/or services with a delivery and/or purchase obligation spread over time.

Durable medium: any tool that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed to them personally in a way that allows future reference and unchanged reproduction of that information.

Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s option to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period.

Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person offering products and/or services remotely to consumers.

Distance contract: a contract concluded via a system organized by the entrepreneur for the distance sale of products/services, using only distance communication techniques.

Means of distance communication: tools that can be used to conclude a contract without the consumer and entrepreneur being in the same space at the same time.

Terms and conditions: these current general terms and conditions of the entrepreneur.

Article 3 – Applicability
These terms apply to every offer by the entrepreneur and to all distance contracts and orders between entrepreneur and consumer. Before the contract is concluded, these terms and conditions will be made available. If this is not reasonably possible, the consumer will be informed where the terms can be accessed and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.
If the contract is concluded electronically, these terms will be provided in a way that allows storage on a durable medium. In case of conflicting conditions, the provision most favorable to the consumer shall apply.
Unforeseen situations or ambiguities regarding these terms will be interpreted in the spirit of these terms and conditions.
Article 4 – The Offer
Offers are non-binding and may be modified.
Each offer includes a complete and accurate description of the product or service.
Pricing excludes customs and import VAT; these additional costs are the customer’s responsibility.
All imagery is for illustrative purposes; product colors may differ slightly.
Offers include detailed information on pricing, payment, shipping, the right of withdrawal, and other relevant contract terms.
Article 5 – The Agreement
A contract is established once the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the conditions.
Upon electronic acceptance, the entrepreneur will confirm receipt.
The entrepreneur takes appropriate security measures for online transactions.
The entrepreneur may investigate the consumer’s creditworthiness and refuse or condition an order accordingly.
Consumers will receive written confirmation of the purchase, including return policy, guarantees, contact details, and termination rights.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product (cooling-off period).
Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Notification of withdrawal must be made in writing or by email within 14 days of delivery.
Article 7 – Return Costs
Consumers bear the cost of return shipping unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
As our return address is in the Netherlands, standard return shipping rates from the UK/Ireland to the Netherlands apply (approximately £9–£15 or €10–€18 for standard parcels up to 2 kg, depending on the courier).
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of cancellation, provided the product is returned. The refund will include the purchase amount and any initial shipping costs (if applicable), unless the return is due to reasons other than defect or error.
Article 8 – Exclusion of Withdrawal Right
Withdrawal is not applicable to:

Customized or personalized products

Perishable goods
-
Hygiene-sensitive items with broken seals

Services commenced with consumer consent before the end of the withdrawal period

Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has started
Article 9 – Pricing
Prices remain fixed during the validity period unless VAT or legal changes apply.
Prices may vary due to external financial factors.
All prices exclude VAT for non-EU customers; VAT/import duties may be charged by postal or courier services.
Article 10 – Conformity & Warranty
Products match their description and comply with legal standards.
Warranty claims must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
The warranty does not cover misuse, alterations, or government-imposed restrictions.
Article 11 – Delivery & Execution
Orders are processed and delivered within 30 days unless agreed otherwise.
If delays occur, the consumer will be notified and may cancel the contract.
Risk transfers to the consumer upon delivery.
Article 12 – Duration & Termination
Consumers may cancel open-ended contracts with one month’s notice.
Fixed-term contracts may not be automatically extended beyond their term.
Trial subscriptions end automatically at the trial period’s end.
Article 13 – Payment
Payments are due within 7 working days after entering the contract.
The consumer must report payment errors immediately.
In case of non-payment, the entrepreneur may charge additional reasonable fees.
Article 14 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within 14 days of issue discovery.
Responses are provided within 14 days.
If unresolved, disputes may be escalated.
A valid complaint may result in replacement or repair at no cost.
Article 15 – Disputes
All contracts between the entrepreneur and consumer are governed by Dutch law, even if the consumer resides outside the Netherlands.
